Bullies at Large

It's kind of funny. Schools these days have an aggressive "zero tolerance" for bullying policy. They are usually stringently enforced. And yet, as Paul Krugman points out in his op-ed piece today, we see exactly the kind of behaviour that schools seek to ban at our highest level of government. Sadly, the lack of tolerance and empathy that we deplore in our youth, we condone in our government with frighteningly far-reaching effects both at home and abroad.
